Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment: Full payment for your stay is required at the time of booking. We accept Visa and Master Card.
Taxes and fees: All prices on the website include VAT and lodging tax.
Cancellation Policy: Lambhus Cabins reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if cancelled with less than 7 days for individual bookings, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
We offer accommodation in
Small Cabins – 20m²/215ft²
with sleeps for up to 4 guests in a double bunk bed (140×200 cm/4,7×6,5 ft). The cabin has a double sofa bed as well.
Please note: It may feel cramped for 4 adults.
Tiny Cabins – 15m²/160ft²
with sleeps for 2 guests in a double bunk bed(140×200 cm/4,7×6,5 ft).
All the cabins are equipped with: WC & shower * Hot & cold water * Wi-fi * Electric heating * Hairdryer * Head & body wash * Hot plates * Refrigerator * Kettle * Toaster * Coffee maker * Tableware * Pots and pans * Dish washer liquid
Final cleaning is included.
Lambhus is a NON-SMOKING accommodation.
Hot water: Unfortunately, we are not located in a geothermal area so we heat the water with electricity. The hot water tank in each cabin gives approximately 30 min. of hot water. It takes 4 hours to refill the tank with hot water.
Food & beverage
We do not provide any food nor beverage. The cabin has a kitchenette with 2 hot plates, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator, pots and pans and other basic cooking utensils.
We have also nice restaurants in the vicinity which serve local food:
– Brunnholl farm (1 km east of Lambhus) offers breakfast from 7.00 to 9.30 and dinner from 18.30 – 21.00.
– Nypugardar farm (6 km west of Lambhus) offers dinner from 19.00 to 21.00.
Höfn is the nearest town (17 km east of Lambhus). There you will find a grocery store (open 8.00 to 20.00), restaurants, a liquor store (Vinbudin), gas station, pharmacy, health center and more.
Höfn also has a nice swimming pool where you can relax in the hot tub and enjoy.
